Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in line with your statutory rights.

Refunds

Warranty

All Mentis | Man pendants are covered by a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

If your item develops a fault related to materials or workmanship, please contact us and we will assist.
